Individual Placement & Support (IPS)

Individual placement and support (IPS) is a model of supported employment for people with serious mental illness. IPS supported employment helps people living with behavioral health conditions work at regular jobs of their choosing. Although variations of supported employment exist, IPS is the only evidence-based practice of supported employment. IPS is a SAMHSA Evidence-Based Practice and guided by IPS practice principles outlined by the IPS Works Employment Center.

Trainings

CEBH offers a wide variety of trainings as well as connection to existing training resources available to ACT providers and partners, behavioral health service providers, stakeholders, and community members.

Fidelity and Evaluation

The Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health provides fidelity reviews of our practices of focus. A fidelity review is a quality-improvement tool to provide agencies an external evaluation of their practice for the purpose of service enhancement. If you are an IPS provider in need of a fidelity review, please see more about our approach to fidelity reviews or contact us to arrange a review with our senior consultants.
